Day 1:

Students will create your own manga style comics Students will learn drawing skills like proportions and facial expressions in an anime/manga style, and create colour illustrations of their own character designs.

Day 2:

An introduction to the lives of artist’s we love from Van Gogh, Degas, and Matisse to O’Keeffe, Jeff Koons, and Damien Hirst. We will learn about the techniques and materials they used and then explore our OWN way of creating from the heart through their inspiration.

Day 3:

Building and creating your own “Paper city” town. Students will create their own cities, homes or just a dog house and shape the world around them. Fun Day!

Day 4:

Explore the classic art of drawing/sketching with pen, inks, pencils, graphite. Includes a field trip to the park to sketch outside in a plein air manner.

Day 5:

Sketching/watercolor/acrylics/pastels or Paper CRAFTS. Learn how to make gift cards, decoration, tissue paper flowers or so some special collage. Sky is the limit!

Cancellation Policy: We do not offer any refunds but we will happily let you choose another class, camp, virtual session, workshop, party, private instruction when you are ready to come back in.

All materials are included. Only one registration form is required per child, but you may sign up for more than one class per child.

Clothing: We ask that students dress informally with casual, loose, and comfortable clothing. We use Professional paints and they do not come out of clothing once dried.

Designed not just for nourishing the skin but also for sloughing off its dull outermost layer, peels made with vitamin C “improve light-brown discoloration, they improve the texture, and they can soften fine lines,” says Dr. Jaliman. Plus, she adds, vitamin C is “very good for sensitive skin as it’s very gentle.” It’s among the milder acids in the aesthetician’s arsenal, so it can exfoliate with less risk of side effects such as dryness or redness. Dr. Jaliman recommends a series of three to five peels performed two weeks apart for best results.
