Groups soak in Pacific Breeze Winery’s story, as they survey the walls of casks. Later, wine classes break down the artful process of transforming grapes into varietals, discussing the role of oak barrels and grape selection. Finally, guests get a chance to pair artisan cheeses, meats, and crackers with the wines. Groups who purchase the four- and eight-person options will be on private tours; those who purchase the two-person option will be put in other groups of up to eight people total.

More than two decades ago, Frank Gregus and Maurice Hamilton set out on a venture as amateur home winemakers.
