RichmondPro Badminton Center is pretty impressive. First, it’s the largest private badminton court in North America. Second, it’s home to the World Chinese Badminton Federation of Canada. But while the 15 Black Knight courts are IBF–approved, they’re open to the public, along with a host of amenities including fully air-conditioned and heated courts, showers, and a lounge, pro shop, and cafe. Here, coaches lead group and private badminton lessons, and welcome players to drop-in sessions where they can practice their moves or take in some birdie watching. RichmondPro also hosts tournaments benefiting charities, such as the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
