Some of the more niche treatment options include gua sha, a type of massage in which the therapist sweeps away bad energy and promotes circulation by scraping a smooth tool across the surface of the skin. Another service is fire cupping, a treatment that enjoys a long history in traditional Chinese medicine thanks to its ability to release tension from muscles.
