The eatery’s famous pannekoeken, a Dutch version of the pancake, is rolled out so thin it often stretches to a foot in diameter. They’re prepared in both sweet and savory variations—there’s one that’s spread with Nutella and whipped cream, another that’s piled with smoked salmon and shrimp. If pancakes aren’t your thing, other breakfast dishes abound, including benedicts, Dutch-style omelets, french toast, and hash.
