The pizza at The Firewood Cafe emerges from its wood-burning oven imbued with the smoky flavors of cherry, apple, and pine logs. Gourmet cheeses bubble up around the pies’ classic toppings, such as italian capicola and roasted eggplant. But there are also more unusual offerings.
