Café Régalade is the heir to La Régalade French Bistro in every sense—it’s a French bistro operated by the Raye family with a menu of classic French food and imported wine. Michelin-star-winner Alain Raye oversees the original location, whereas son Steeve Raye helms the café’s kitchen, which first fired its ovens in 2011. Raye and his staff create dinner entrees of beef bourguignon, duck leg confit, and braised beef short ribs in a creamy peppercorn sauce. They also prepare appetizers such as smoked herring with potato salad.
