The tasting menu includes:
- One order per two diners of meat or vegetarian samosas
- One chicken masala, braised beef, or veggie sutra entree per diner

- For $625, you get a party-room rental including catering for up to 50 people (a $1,250 value). Buyers must call restaurant at least seven days in advance to book and finalize menu. Each diner will receive:

Sutra Vancouver beckons diners to taste traditional and reinterpreted Indian dishes created by chef and international restaurateur Paul Gill. Vegetarian or meat samosas—which may include fillings such as red-wine sausage—ignite salivary responses like a psychological study designed to ignite salivary responses. Come the main course, groups sample comestibles such as beef simmered in black cardamom, cipollini onions, and coconut cream, or the veggie sutra comprised of root vegetables, spinach, and roasted eggplant. Dessert lets patrons indulge in a chocolate confection chosen from the evening’s house selections.
The party-room rental lets you entertain up to 50 friends or 50 enemies who you’d delight in watching stain expensive dress shirts by designing a menu of three appetizers and three entrees, plus rice, naan, and a dessert. Diners may quaff one of Sutra’s many signature cocktails (not included with today’s Groupon) while admiring the interior’s wine-coloured walls and burgundy-trimmed curtains, all illuminated by an orb-shaped chandelier and candlelight. Buyers may also contact Sutra ahead of time about gluten-free options.
