Nima’s Day Spa, established more than 29 years ago in Vancouver, employs an army of aestheticians and medically trained staff members to target bodies with non-invasive treatments that aim to foster inch loss, cellulite elimination, and fat reduction. In private treatment rooms, skilled hands attach the LipoLaser’s small probes and paddles to areas along the waistline, mid and lower abdomen, back, buttocks, and thigh area or arms, spending 30–40 minutes targeting fat cells in an attempt to render inch loss and to find a way to simply get along. U-Shape treatments set out to promote weight loss and firmer skin for approximately 20 minutes per session, and diathermy heat wraps raise subdermal temperatures in an attempt bolster circulation and bring warmth to all areas of the body.   1. I purchased 4 inch-loss sessions plus 1 infrared wrap. Even though they were ‘on special’ they still cost a fortune and so later on I decided to cancel all of these services and get a refund on my credit card. Initially they responded to my initial voice mail with a text message (yes really!) where they did not identify themselves (no “this is Nima’s Spa”, no “this is so and so from Nima’s) and did not respond to my request for a refund. A week later someone called me from the spa, said they would have to charge me full price (!!) for the coupon deal that I wanted to refund. After I explained it was not part of a coupon and none of the sessions had been used, they promised to ‘investigate’ and get back to me the following week. It’s been two weeks now since I initially requested a refund and I am still waiting.
    It seems this company is only interested in getting your money – I recommend you avoid this place at all costs and go to a company that is more reputable.
