As a child, you spent a great deal of time and energy learning to ride a bicycle. You endured more than your fair share of scrapes and bruises, and in the end, it all paid off with the magic of a two-wheel balancing act. Today, you struggle to remember the last time you rode a bike. “What was all that work for?!” cries your inner-child. Maybe it’s time to get back on that horse (and by “horse” we mean “bicycle”): $12.50 for a Half-Day Bicycle Rental from Fun City Rentals in Penticton.
At Fun City Rentals, we offer a large variety of BMX and 21 speed bikes. We are located across the street from the skate board park in Penticton. The park is a nice size for BMXing and other sports. There are also many bike trails very close that will challenge your abilities.
Got your bike rental? Try this for a memorable ride:
Crossing the street from Fun City Rentals you begin your journey at the top of the river channel and ride down along the west side on a paved path to Skaha Lake. From there you’ll move along the East side of Skaha Lake on the old KVR. Here you will be at Lake level riding South to OK Falls. The trail is flat and in good shape. The return trip is 30KM and takes half a day. OK Falls has restaurants and food stores that you can get supplies at and a nice beach to relax and picnic on.
There are trails located all over the Okanagan Region. Rent a bike, choose your trail, and set off for the adventure of a lifetime courtesy of Fun City Rentals!
